Derek Hawkins Astrologer Biography

I first began to study astrology in the late 60's, but it was not until I was introduced to Experiential Astrology in the 80's that it became a passion. I have since developed my own method of using the experiential approach to teaching, while at the same time building my Astrological Practice. I have written for several magazines and have been the resident astrologer for Kindred Spirit magazine since the early 90's. Over the years I have had the privilege of working for the following highly respected organisations:

The College of Psychic Studies
The School of Insight and Intuition
The Astrological Association
The Faculty of Astrological Studies
The Astrological Lodge and
The London School of Astrology.

I run workshops throughout the UK and in Europe and my practice is now based in Hungerford Berkshire. Much of my individual work is done by post which does not require the client to be present. I do also see people by appointment and give consultations via the telephone.

Teaching

I have taught astrology for the last 20 years as I enjoy passing on knowledge and get pleasure from seeing other people discover for the wonderful world of astrology.
