Below you will find a guide to the general influences on your star sign of two major planets through 2010. The first is Jupiter which is associated with spirituality, adventure, opportunity and good fortune. The other is your ruling planet Saturn which astrologers associate with responsibility, commitment, organisation and structure.
To succeed in life we need to base our hope and optimism on real and tangible possibilities that address our needs and resources as well as those of the world in which we live. The time of empty speculation and unsound investment is over and a new world order is in the making.
The following forecasts relate to the opportunities that Jupiter represents and how as an Aries you may benefit from the life experiences it brings, while the information on Saturn represents the structure and foundations that you will need to have in place in order to achieve this.

JUPITER
Throughout 2009 Jupiter encouraged you to put your resources to good use and reap the reward for doing so. This period of building and utilization ended on 18th January 2010 when Jupiter entered Pisces. This change in influence of the planet of opportunity may have been a bit bewildering at first, and you could still be adjusting.
If you feel at a loss don’t panic, meditation and fresh air may be all that is needed to bring back the balance.
The theme for 2010 will be communications and either teaching or learning could be a focus. This is an excellent time to study a new interest or further develop your existing knowledge. As Jupiter is in Pisces the sign of imagination and intuition you may find that these two faculties work exceedingly well for you. As the year progresses you should find that your level of trust in your wisdom increases, and that at times you will feel positively inspired, perhaps completely out of the blue. These moments of inspiration may result in valuable ideas that you can work on in the future. Jupiter asks you to dare to dream, and the rewards may be considerable!
From 6th June to 9th September you will experience a different influence from Jupiter as it spends time in Aries. This is an important period for you as it may portend significant new adventures, especially in the area of your home and family life. If you have been looking to make a fresh start in this or any other area of your life then Jupiter will be giving you the encouragement you need to begin. However, it may not be until late January 2011, when Jupiter enters Aries again, that you actually start things moving and implement your plans.
SATURN
Saturn is your ruling planet and therefore whatever it does astrologically can have quite an effect on your life. In the autumn of 2009 Saturn entered the area of your life associated with marriage, parenting and career. In general this is the area of commitments, and relates to the structures that you have in your life, the duties and responsibilities you have taken on. Saturn will be testing these commitments and challenging you to make adjustments where things are not as you would like them to be. In general a Capricorn may find it easier to simply push ahead alone with their plans than wait for others to agree with or support them. In other word your tenacity and resolve can be focused and steadfast, yet not always to everyone’s liking. This present placement of Saturn will make it more important, if not a necessity, that you work with others rather than alone, and over the coming years, you may be able to achieve a great deal more with their support.
As 2010 progresses you may recognise situations where you feel that others have been holding you back and that now you are in a position to do something about it. This is the time to act, especially between 7th April and 21st July when Saturn’s brief return to Virgo gives you ample opportunity to determine what does and does not work in your life. Use this time to make any necessary adjustments you need on the path to achievement. From 21st July you will find things are more settled and if there are challenges to face, you will have plenty of time to debate the appropriate response or solution before taking appropriate action.
