This is an example of the Relaxation-Meditation courses run by The Iris Trust.
They are lead by trained facilitators and generally run for a period of 6 weeks.
One 2 hour session per week. Each weekly session is divided into three parts.


Week 1 Part 1

Introduction of facilitator
and course content.

Week 1 Part 2
The second part of each session is a relaxation meditation. It is quite simple to recreate and participants receive a CD to help them do this for themselves.

Week 1 Part 3
Weekly topic and related exercises an example being;

Well-being and healing.

Week 2 Part 1

'Question time' where participants have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any issues/experiences that have arisen during the past week.
